The Sovereign User Agreement

1. THE MISSION MANDATE By accessing this site, its content, or the proprietary technologies of the Theron International Foundation, you acknowledge that REAL HOT DEALS is a 508(c)(1)(a) organization dedicated to the deployment of the Theron Constant. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & KINETIC ANCHORS All technical specifications, including but not limited to the MSC20 Axial Flux, Molecular Harvesting protocols, and Bio-Kinetic Growth systems, are the protected intellectual property of Cornelius Basson Theron and his associated global entities.

• Unauthorized Replication: Any attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate these “Kinetic Anchors” without explicit OEM authorization is a violation of the Sovereign Archive.

• The Gold Master: All digital infrastructure and tools are part of the Theron Transform framework.

3. THE RIGHT TO FREQUENCY Users acknowledge that “Electricity is Currency” and “Health is a Mechanical Right.” REAL HOT DEALS acts as the facilitator for these rights. We do not sell “utilities”; we provide the hardware and architecture for Economic Sovereignty.

• Sovereign Nodes: Ownership of a Theron unit (Energy, Water, or Horticulture) constitutes a private agreement between the user and the Theron International Foundation.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY While we provide the tools for 100% grid-independence and total sustainability, the user assumes all responsibility for the deployment of these “Sovereign Nodes” within their local jurisdiction. REAL HOT DEALS and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the interference of legacy “Burn and Consume” entities or geopolitical instability that may affect local rollout.
