  1. MANDATE & PURPOSE: This Agreement governs the disclosure of proprietary intelligence regarding the Theron Permanent Magnetic Energy systems and SAI (Sovereign Artificial Intelligence) Infrastructure. The Recipient is granted access solely to evaluate participation in the $1.2T Water-Energy-Food Nexus deployment.
  2. TOTAL CONFIDENTIALITY: "Confidential Information" encompasses all technical schematics, magnetic flux geometries, fuel-less power conversion ratios, and TERRA Plant logistical blueprints. This includes all data shared regarding the Jupiter, FL operations and the TRON sovereign network.
